Message me for a first time discount code, regardless of booking! _____________________________ MY EXPERIENCE: _____________________________ • Destiny has worked at an animal hospital, where her responsibilities were caring for boarders (consisting mainly of cats and dogs), maintaining records of behavior, feeding, allowing for bathroom time, trimming nails, bathing dogs and giving medications. • Destiny currently works full-time as an Animal Care Technician, specializing in rodent care (with some marmoset care included)! She is also partaking in a Socialization & Enrichment Program at her job-where she is entrusted with providing care and specialized enrichment to Guinea Pigs and Rabbits! • Destiny has interned at the Aark Wildlife Rehabilitation and Education Center. In addition to this, she is CPR & First Aid certified through ProTrainings. • Destiny has experience in administering medicine for both cats and dogs. • Destiny has 10 years and counting of experience with animals (mainly dogs and cats). • Destiny has worked at a Doggie Daycare & Boarding business, where she was taught to watch for dog behavior, and understand temperaments and play styles. She also learned how to detect signs of anxiety, stress, and aggression in dogs, and how to handle them! In addition to this, she learned to manage a large group of dogs (different sizes and breeds) alone. • I AM A LICENSED & INSURED BUSINESS! _____________________________ MAIN POLICIES _____________________________ The following policies ensure that both parties achieve the smoothest and most pleasant service. Be sure to carefully review all and ask for clarification if need be! • I offer services on a “first come, first serve” basis. If you wish to be locked in the schedule, you must officially book the stay (this includes finalizing the Onboarding Process). Under no circumstances should you assume that you are covered without a completed invoice. • Take a moment to review my cancellation policy. (On desktop-this is located on the bottom left under the calendar. For app users-this is located under the “Services” tab under the calendar.) • TIMEFRAMES: It is required that clients select from the four (4) timeframe options, unless pet(s) require medical care, in which a one-hour window will be applied. The timeframes available are as described below: MORNING: 6-10AM MIDDAY: 11-2PM AFTERNOON: 2-5PM EVENING: 6-9PM _____________________________ ONBOARDING PROCESS: _____________________________ All prospective clients must go through the onboarding process prior to the start of any service(s). The following is what is required (in order): • Intake Form (powered through Google Forms) • Review and Sign Service Agreement & Vet Release Forms • In-Person Meet & Greet *A phone or video chat can be scheduled in replacement of the Intake Form should you have questions/comments/concerns and/or need clarification.* The Onboarding Process allows me to better understand your companion(s), your expectations and go over my ways of operating. Please note: The onboarding process is NOT a guarantee to my services. Again, this is simply for all parties to meet and understand each other’s expectations and needs. *Depending on the situation, I may request a trial walk. This helps me get a better idea of their walking behavior and walking needs. A trial stay may be considered if need be for a fee.*
