Pet care fits into my daily and weekly routine very naturally because I’m already used to structured responsibilities and being attentive to animal needs. I also work part-time, so I’m familiar with balancing a job, staying organized, and still making sure I give animals consistent, focused care. I plan my schedule intentionally so pet visits, walks, and check-ins don’t feel rushed or like an afterthought. When I’m with pets, they have my full attention. I make sure feeding, playtime, litter care, and comfort routines are done properly and on time. Even with a part-time work schedule, I prioritize clear communication and reliability, so pet parents always know their pets are safe, cared for, and getting regular updates.

I pay close attention to each pet’s personality and comfort level—whether they’re energetic and playful or shy and need space. I let them warm up at their own pace and make sure they feel secure while their owner is away. I also provide regular updates and photos so pet parents can feel confident and connected. If caring for pets in my home, I would maintain a calm, clean, and supervised environment where pets are given attention, structure, and comfort throughout the day.

Pet care experience
Animals have always been a big part of my life. Growing up, I cared for a variety of pets including Rottweilers, a purebred Husky, teacup Chihuahuas, rabbits, turtles, and guinea pigs. Since I was homeschooled while most of my siblings were at school, I became the primary caregiver for many of our pets, handling feeding, exercise, cleaning, and daily care. I also helped train our white Husky using patience and consistency, which taught me the importance of understanding each animal’s unique personality and needs. Caring for animals has always come naturally to me, and I treat every pet as if they were my own.
