I love animals !
Hi! I’m Destiny – a lifelong animal lover and certified veterinary assistant. Growing up, I always had a soft spot for animals and knew from the time I was in kindergarten that I wanted to work with them. In high school, I spent all four years in a veterinary program and became a Certified Veterinary Assistant in May 2022. Since then, I’ve gained hands-on experience through multiple internships, working with dogs and cats of all ages, breeds, and temperaments. One of my most memorable moments was during my time at South Park Animal Hospital, where I helped care for an injured dog who had been hit by a car—and ended up adopting him myself! Today, I work full time at Banfield Pet Hospital where I have been since February 2024. I also care for local stray cats, making sure they’re fed and healthy. With my background in veterinary care, you can trust that your pets will be in safe, knowledgeable, and loving hands with me. I can’t wait to meet your furry family members and give them the same care and attention I give my own!

I have a fenced home with one dog and 9 chickens. I love going outside to play with my dog but I also don't mind playing inside either !

My dogs absolutely love Destiny! She was kind friendly and so loving to my babies.
Destiny did such a perfect job taking care of all my babies during the Thanksgiving holiday. She was prompt and communicative and send pictures of all the cats. I felt safe and reassured my family was in good hands with Destiny.

Schedule
I’m currently working a full time job but am usually off after 6:30pm ! I am typically available before/after work or during my lunch break depending on where you are located.
