Dez was awesome! She followed all instructions and always showed up in the agreed upon time frame. Her updates were thorough and with pictures of them playing in the dog park. She took them on long walks and gave them tons of exercise they had a great time playing with her dog King. I will definitely be using Dez again in the future, she was super easy to work with even when plans changed up a bit. Thank you Dez!
Destiny is a wonderful pet sitter who takes excellent care of my furry babies! When I first met her, I got an excellent first impression. She is very sweet, friendly and was great with my pets! Destiny made sure our pets were well taken cared off, walked my dog Clover and made sure the two babies ate. When she bought them back home after the daycare, our pets were relaxed and happy. I absolutely book her again! Her & her siblings are the sweetest! ♥️

Terrible. When I returned to my house, opened the door, the smell of dog waste was so overwhelming I became nauseous. As I turned the corner of hallway, I found 4 piles of dog feces. It was on a very expensive oriental wool rug. Not one (1) plie, but four (4). Immediately I turned the ac down low, turned on three air hepa air filter fans, then started to clean up dog waste. This was after driving back 7 hours. Important to know both my dogs were outside on back porch. I agreed that they be put there in order for her to NOT have to make final visit. So, this means the dogs were on rear porch for at least 7 hours, NOT IN THE HOUSE. Obviously, she didn't clean up their accident. Additionally, I found the kitchen trash can filled with bag of soiled dog waste. So that compounded the smell. Five days of putting dog waste in one trash can, in a home in Florida. Common sense would say she could have at a minimum removed the trash bag, put outside. Back to the night I returned. The smell was so bad I slept outside on the back porch. But before that I cleaned the carpet and other areas with dog feces. Went through an entire bottle of carpet cleaner using an electric carpet cleaner machine. Well, next day, smell still is strong, nauseating. Apparently the smell has gotten into my Carrier High Efficient filtration ac system. This is a NIGHTMARE ! THIS WILL COST ME MORE TO CORRECT THAN TGE COST FOR ROVER DOG SITTER SERVICE. I am requesting a 100% refund to go back on my credit card on file with Rover. Additionally, I am requesting I be reimbursed for the cost to have the rugs cleaned by a reputable carpet cleaner company. And I am requesting that I be compensated for a Carrier HEPA filter for my ac system. I would Not recommend this person, Destiny J. . If I could rate less than one (1) star I would. My dogs are nine years old, Shetland Sheep Dogs. NEVER HAVE I EXPERIENCED SUCH TERRIBLE DOG SITTER SERVICE.
Destiny was awesome! I appreciate her being able to help us on such short notice. This was my first experience having a dog walker help us while on vacation and I would definitely do it again. Thank you so much!

We’ll have daily run around time. I usually have extra bowls, gates to keep them separated (especially when eating!). Your fur baby's in good hands with me! 🏡🐾
