Hi! My name is Destiny and I am a full time registered nurse. I grew up surrounded by dogs, but I’ve always had a love for cats, rabbits, hamsters, etc. I had one dog that I fostered and eventually adopted from the Central Missouri Humane Society, plus I grew up with yorkies and many other dogs within my family. I love being able to share my hugs and love to other animals. Sadly my dog passed in December of 2023 so there are no other animals in the house. My partner has two children, 11 and 13, that visit occasionally. If a boarding stay overlaps with the kids being here, that will be communicated early on. I will be sure to love and treat your animal as my own. I have experience with a variety of dogs doing a variety of things. Ranging from going on walks, having doggy sleepovers and running around outside. I have experience administering oral medications if needed. I request that I and my partner meet your dog prior to the stay to ensure everyone’s safety and enjoyment!

I ensure that all dangerous items that a animal can choke on or swallow is put away to where the animal cannot access it. I make sure that when leaving the house, all animals are leashed. I am extremely careful about bringing other animals around each other and cautious of dog parks as well. Your animal’s safety and wellbeing will always come first!

some instructions regarding Zara's waste disposal and food/water were not followed, but she seems happy and is safe which matters most to me!
Destiny was sweet, gave great updates, and took good care of Zara following the care instructions I left. I would absolutely book with her again!

Schedule
I work 8 hour days Monday through Friday as a nurse. Outside of that, I have a lot of availability for the rest of the week! I look forward to being there for you and your furry family member!

- I would like to know about any anxieties or fears they have (loud noises, certain genders of humans, etc.) and what age. Breeds aren’t a big deal to me, I just want to ensure that I have everything I need to take care of them!
