I work full time, but will be dropping to part time soon. Having a career that includes what I love to do daily is my dream, and taking care of pets is just that. My pets give my daily life purpose and meaning, because they are my world.

Information Destiny C. would like to know about your pet
If the pet is special needs in means of medications, behavior, or due to an illness or disorder they have, I would like to be aware of that ahead of time so that I can provide the best care possible. I have two dogs and cats of my own, so if there is any fear or aggression towards any other household pets I would like to be in the loop about it because I can further ensure that my pets will not cross paths with your pet if they are to board with me. I would also like to know if your pet marks inside the home, prefers potty pads while inside, or has any resource guarding just to ensure all parties are safe, clean and happy!
A typical day
I plan to work around the attitude of the dogs I will be watching, whether that is adapting to a high drive/energy dog or snuggling on the couch with a low energy pet. I enjoy going hiking, or walking around a lake or pond and enjoying the nature. With the summer months, I would love to fill up a kiddie pool and have some fun in the pool and enjoy the nice weather :)

Pet care experience
Firstly, I LOVE animals. I've taken care of animals since I was young, but started a career out of it 5 years ago, and I can't see myself doing anything else. Ive had family and friends rely on me to care of their pets while they're away, and Ive been sure to treat them like my own pets and give them the best care possible. I have experience in medicating pets, whether that be a pill or injection. I also have experience in handling fearful pets, and I make sure to approach in the most fear-free way without causing more stress/anxiety than necessary. I work currently as a dog groomer for a company called Scenthound, where I do work full time but with me returning to college, I will be dropping my work hours.
