Animals Are Better Then People

I absolutely love animals and would prefer their company over humans any day well except for my children. Hmm okay okay you got me there on some days would I definitely prefer their company to my kids lol, but they are the second-best if not tied for first for the company one can keep. I have been surrounded by animals of all kinds my entire life. I don't remember a time when we or I didn't own at least one animal. To me life doesn't exists without a fur baby of some kind. Most of the time knowledge comes from first hand experience and that I have plenty of, matter of a fact I would dare to say at least 25 years of experience of being around and caring for animals. From house pets to farm animals and your occasional lost and or injured wild animal. I am comfortable with all care that is required or might be required in a pets daily care. If it's not something I am familiar with or if there is something that is required that I have not had experience with, I am a great listener and quick and eager to learn something new there is never to much knowledge one can obtain.

Pets

Safety, trust & environment

I will care for the pets in your home just as I would in my home and or as you the client does in your home on a daily basis or however you desired. Nothing would differ from the way their regular day to day goes, besides maybe some extra loving, treats and play time. But the whole goal and job is to keep them in their home a place they are safe and familiar with while you their owner is away. To keep them stress free and ultimately for it to go unnoticed that you are even away. So unless stated otherwise beforehand by yourself I would plan my day's accordingly to how you live and cares for their pets.

How does pet care fit into my daily and weekly routine? Well for me my pet's have always and will always be treated as family. They are a family member if you know you know. So they are just another kid i am taking care of, raising and loving on a daily basis. Only they don't have thumbs so they won't be learning to clean up their own mess in time, however you can forget what color of bowl to give them and they will not be throwing a fit for 30 minutes even if your correct your mistake :) and they have a love that last and is unconditional until their last breath. When you make the commitment to get a pet their care doesn't fit into your daily routine it becomes part of your daily routine that's all there is to it. So i don't know how to explain to you how my pet care fits into my daily or weekly routine because it is simply part of it.

I need to know about anything that might differ from the normal day to day care of a pet, especially something that is important to their well-being. Any sort's of medications and strict schedules, thing's to watch out for like if they are eating and drinking, behavior, walking, running, energy level, sleeping schedule, special food diet, food allergies or restrictions ( any of this can change due to a recent injury or procedure ). If they are good with other animal's, animals of the same breed or opposite, good with children and of what age if it varies, if they ever have moments of aggression of any type and for what reason whether it be to food, treats, toys, mail man, strangers, the vacuum etc. Are they scared or spooked by things? Are they good on walk's and on a leash, are they good on a leash around other dogs, is there any aggression or territorial behavior while on a leash towards people or animals, is there any pulling. Are they runner's if they get loose or escape, if so, what gets them back, if they escaped does this happen often? If so what do you do after the escape beyond finding your dog, such as look for a hole etc.. For outside-inside cat's how often while outdoors do you encounter them/let them, how do they get inside or let you know they want inside, do they stay inside overnight, and how long without seeing them before I should be concerned. There are many important things one should know beforehand especially for some there are many factors that might leave them feeling uncomfortable or uncertain about pet sitting, dog walking, or just drop in's. I am very open and flexible and can work with just about anything I just need complete honesty and a full awareness of the whole picture to better be suited to take care and provide for your pet. If your dog has food aggression or really doesn't like their ears touched and growls please tell me so i am aware this can absolutely be worked around but only if i am aware of it.
