I’m available in the mornings, evenings, and overnight most days, with midday availability on Fridays and weekends. From Monday to Thursday, I have classes from 12:30–4:30pm, so I plan walks, feeding, and playtime before and after that window. On Fridays and weekends, I have a much more flexible schedule and can provide more frequent check-ins, longer walks, or extended care as needed!

I focus on keeping pets comfortable, safe, and on their normal routine, whether they’re in my home or their own. In a client’s home, I stick closely to your pet’s usual schedule for feeding, walks, and playtime so everything feels familiar. I make sure they get plenty of attention, exercise, and bathroom breaks, and I keep their space clean and secure. I’m also attentive to behavior and mood, so I can quickly notice if anything seems off. You’ll get regular updates so you know how your pet is doing. If I’m caring for pets in my home, I create a calm, safe, and pet-friendly environment with lots of supervision. I keep routines consistent, provide structured walks and playtime, and make sure they have a comfortable place to rest. I also introduce new environments gradually so they feel relaxed and at ease. :)

I live near a big park, so your pets will never have a shortage of play time. I love playing with dogs so I could play fetch with them for as long as they have energy :)

I’ve lived with and cared for dogs my entire life, so I’m very comfortable with all kinds of personalities, sizes, and energy levels. I have hands-on experience with puppies, adult dogs, and seniors, and I understand how their needs change at each stage. I treat every dog like my own!

Had to be constantly travelling for about 6 months and had to ensure Koda was properly taken on his walks or he would go insane and then by extension myself. Desmond saved me so much headache and trouble by taking over his walks. Super communicative and reponsive and Koda loves him! He will for sure be my go-to any time I can't get to walk my son.
Desmond is a super loving guy, his love for animals really shows, he played with my dog and took really good care of him when he was gone. It’s as if my dog found a new best friend. He was very timely and very respectful, I look forward to booking with him again in the future and would highly recommend anyone else who needs someone to take care of their pets to give him a call.
I’ve known Desmond for 7 years and have seen firsthand how well he handles animals. He’s very easy going and patient, but also very organized when it comes to keeping up with feeding and walking schedules. He’s a natural at training and has looked after his own pets and friends' pets with total reliability for years. I’ve known Desmond for over 15 years, and over that time I’ve seen firsthand how attentive and genuinely caring he is with dogs. Growing up, he cared for family dogs of all ages—from Sandy, who was older and needed extra patience, to Bruno, an energetic puppy who loved attention. No matter the stage of life, Desmond always met their needs with thoughtfulness and enthusiasm. His dogs clearly adored him, and whenever I visited, he was always spending time playing with them and making sure they were happy and engaged.
