1. **Meet and Greet**: Before the pet-sitting period begins, I will arrange a meeting with you and your pet. This helps the pet get familiar with me and allows me to understand its routine and any special needs. 2. **Understand the Routine**: I will ask the owner for detailed instructions about the pet's daily routine, including feeding times, portion sizes, walk schedules, playtime, and any specific commands the pet responds to. 3. **Emergency Contacts**: I like to make sure that I am provided with the owner's contact information, the veterinarian's contact details, and any emergency contacts in case something unexpected happens. 4. **Home Access Instructions**: Get clear instructions on how to access the home, including any security codes, keys, or alarm systems. 5. **Pet Safety**: Ensure the home environment is safe for the pet. Remove any hazardous items and make sure the pet has a comfortable space to rest. 6. **Feeding and Hydration**: Follow the feeding schedule and dietary instructions provided by the owner. Always ensure the pet has access to fresh water. 7. **Exercise and Playtime**: Stick to the exercise routine. Take the dog for walks! 8. **Cleanliness**: Clean up after the pet. Maintain the cleanliness of the home as well. 9. **Updates**: Regularly update the owner on how their pet is doing. Send pictures or videos to reassure them that their pet is in good hands. 10. **Respect the Home**: Treat the client’s home with respect. Follow any house rules and ensure the home is as clean as it was when you arrived.

Desiree is my go to pet sitter! She is very responsible, always here on time, feeds and picks up after my pets, pays close attention to them, giving them love and affection as well as playing with them! She is also a very trustworthy person and respects my home which is always a concern for sitters.
Desiree has always had a heart for pets! She has been around pets since she was a little girl and shows compassion and kindness towards all animals. She has been pet sitting for family and friends since 2018. She has watched and taken care of animals overnight, has given medications to animals when needed, recognizes the importance of exercise, mental stimulation, and is on time feeding, watering and making sure the pet’s environment is clean. Schedule
I currently work a full time job Monday- Thursday from 530 till 330. I am available to stay at your home to care for your pets!
