I specialize in dogs only, so all my attention, experience, and care are focused on keeping tails wagging. From high-energy breeds that need long walks and games of fetch to seniors who prefer gentle strolls and extra snuggles, I adapt to each dog’s personality and needs. I’m experienced with leash training, reading dog body language, and handling multiple dogs at once. Safety is my top priority, and I’m comfortable administering oral medications if needed. You can count on me for consistent communication, daily photo updates, and plenty of love so your dog feels happy and secure while you’re away.

When caring for dogs in your home, I stick to their normal routines so they feel comfortable and secure. I follow all feeding, walking, and play schedules exactly as you outline, and I make sure fresh water is always available. I keep their environment clean, give them plenty of exercise and mental stimulation, and provide lots of affection and attention. I also respect your home as if it were my own — tidying up after playtime, wiping paws after walks, and making sure doors and gates are secure. You’ll get regular updates so you can relax knowing your pup is happy, safe, and loved while you’re away.

Desiree was amazing! She adjusted her schedule after working a 12h shift to come and take care of my dogs early. They were very happy and content when I arrived home and I'm sure she gave them the care that they are used to with walks, attention and lots of treats! I can’t say enough good things about Desiree. I had to be away on a 10-day hunting trip, and my dog, Thor isn’t as spry as he used to be, so I was nervous about leaving him. Desiree went above and beyond to make sure he was comfortable, happy, and cared for every single day. She kept his feeding routine perfect, and gave him all the love and attention he needed. She even sent me regular updates and photos, which gave me so much peace of mind while I was gone. When I got back, he was relaxed, content, and clearly well cared for. I trust Desiree completely and will absolutely have her watch him again.

I am currently in nursing school, which takes up most of my time. When I'm not studying or in class, I'm more than happy to take care of your pet(s). With years of experience caring for dogs of all personalities, I’m comfortable with everything from energetic puppies to gentle seniors. I pride myself on being dependable, communicative, and full of affection for the pets I care for. You can expect daily updates, cute photos, and lots of tail wags. If your four-legged friend enjoys fresh air, belly rubs, and plenty of attention, we’ll get along great. 🐶
