There are many sitters on Rover, but not many that take looking after your pets as seriously as I will. I send tons of pics and videos, spend extra time with my new friends when I can, and go above and beyond for you and your pets by getting your mail, watering plants, and making sure to check in frequently. You can pay $9 for the bare minimum, or you can choose a sitter like me, who will treat your little one and your home like my own! I think my reviews speak for themselves. I'm proud to be one of the top sitters on this site! 🐶 When I started sitting on Rover in October of 2022 I had no idea my life was about to change. Friends and family members I sat for had been telling me for years I should get on the site and turn my passion for animals into a side hustle. When life finally granted me the extra time to try it out, and I got my first gig walking a new furry friend 4 days a week I couldn't be more thrilled. Before I knew it, my passion project became a full time career. Pet sitting gives me more fulfillment and happiness in life than any other job I've had, and I take pride in being one of the top pet sitters in your area. I put a lot of love and care into what I do, and because this is my full time job I can promise to be there for your fur babies. They will be my number one priority during our booking, not an afterthought after I get off of a long, stressful day of work. I want you to feel comfortable and assured leaving your precious pets in my care while you are away, and will offer the quality time and attention your pets deserve. 😸 Since starting on Rover I have enjoyed learning about dog psychology and researching the different breeds of dogs I sit for. I have even had the chance to get to know many cats, fish, a bird and a turtle! My goal is to go from animal lover to animal expert, and I continue to learn more with each booking. I have experience in giving oral and injected medication, administering special diets, over-night stays, senior pets and puppies, and bathing pets. Is your pet in need of something special? Wish we could leave Desiree 100 stars!! She took the best care of our pups while we were out of town. She’s very communicative and responsive and loved our dogs the way we would! Would highly recommend, and can’t wait to use her again!
Desiree was fantastic! We have a three cats, with one being elderly and needing medication on a strict schedule and was really nervous to go out of town. Desiree was very professional from the start and took the time to ask a lot of questions and felt really at ease with her. Her communication is great and gave an update at every visit with pictures. So glad we found her!
I will forever use Desiree to watch our pup! She is the best of the best.
