Hi, I’m Desiree! I’m 29 years old, and my love for animals has been a part of who I am for as long as I can remember. Caring for animals comes naturally to me, and throughout my life I’ve opened my heart and home to many pets in need. I had the privilege of fostering animals for two years, caring for pets from different backgrounds and with different personalities. While I eventually stepped away from fostering because saying goodbye became so difficult, my passion for helping animals never faded. That’s what inspired me to become a Rover sitter. I’m also the proud dog mom of three amazing dogs of all sizes, so I understand that every pet has their own unique personality, routine, and needs. When your pet is in my care, they’ll be treated like family—with the same love, patience, and attention I give my own dogs. I have a flexible schedule that allows me to provide attentive, personalized care throughout the day. I offer weekday, evening, and weekend availability with advance notice. Whether your pet enjoys long walks, playtime, cuddles, or simply relaxing with company, I’ll make sure they feel safe, comfortable, and loved while you’re away. Your pet’s safety and well-being are always my highest priority. I carefully follow your instructions, including feeding schedules, medications, exercise routines, and any special care your pet may need. I provide a clean, secure environment, constant supervision, and plenty of affection to help your pet feel at ease. I know how much trust it takes to leave your furry family member with someone else, and I don’t take that responsibility lightly. My goal is to give you peace of mind by providing reliable, compassionate care and keeping you updated with photos and messages throughout your pet’s stay.
