I’m a mama to 6 (3 human, 3 4-legged, and a tri-pawed!), and USAF spouse (so base access is a non-issue!) I have around 10 years (consecutive) working with & caring for pets, personally and in a variety of professional settings. My “specialty” and true passion is working with dogs. I’ve worked as a dog bather, groomer, and obedience trainer! I really feel I’ve found my true purpose in these amazing animals!! Currently I work full time for a local boarding facility & am a trained veterinary assistant. Following dogs closely in my List of Things I Love are, of course, our Feline Friends! Anyone who says cats don’t love like dogs do are right! Cats love like cats do!! Learning their language & preferences is so much of the joy in caring for kitties! I have also personally & professionally cared for a host of small animals and “exotic” pets to include: guinea pigs, hamsters, mice, bearded dragons, leopard geckos, ball pythons, parakeets, canaries, and conures.
