I’m currently a full-time student here in Conway! Most days my classes are over by 2pm. I’m completely free on Thursdays and weekends, but otherwise, afternoon sits, visits, and walks are open as well! I’m also available for holidays. You can expect me to be fully dedicated to your beloved pet’s care when you reach out to me!

I will always ask for any extra rules and expectancies when I’m caring for your pets in your home and taking them for walks outside. Professionalism is extremely important to me in order to prepare for my future career, so I will never overstep boundaries or do anything that might compromise you, your pet’s, or my safety. I’ve been around dogs and cats since I was born, and I always take extra care to keep animals around me safe. I understand that priorities are different from person to person, and I’m very flexible to changes!

Let me know if your animal has a tendency to scratch or nip. While I’ve handled pups and nervous animals before, I need to know if there is a possibility for injury. I will not automatically turn down an animal that scratches or nips, but it will be important for my safety to know the situations I need to be cautious in.
A typical day
I believe that play time is very important for pets, and that play time will look different for each animal. For more energetic dogs, I’d love to play fetch or wrestle if there is an area for that. For older or more docile dogs, playing with toys or spending quality time with pets will be my go-to! When walking I tend to stick to areas surrounded by nature. Not only is it beautiful and encourage more exercise but it tends to be less overwhelming for animals in my experience.

My whole life, my family has fostered and cared for pets of all shapes and sizes. Animals have been a staple part of my life for as long as I can remember. While I’ve mostly been helping my mother take care of our four dogs and two cats for my childhood and adolescence, I’ve also personally taken care of a senior cat as well as a parakeet since my junior year of high school. My love for animals runs deep, and pet-sitting is something I’ve always wanted to do. Since moving to college in the beautiful city of Conway I’ve found the perfect opportunity to help out families of pets while I work on achieving my degree!

Desire wanted to meet us and our fur babies before her stay. She followed everything that we asked of her and if she had questions about anything else she text me. Very observant. We definitely recommend her and would use her again!
Cats were fed, litter was scooped, pictures were sent! Did everything we asked for.
I have had Desire watch my pup on 3 occasions. Desire is always easy to reach and sends photos when asked! She is someone that would be great with your pets and she will care for them like her own.
Desire is the most compassionate person with animals I've ever met I highly recommend her as a pet caregiver! Desire is responsible, caring, and deeply passionate about animals. I have personally witnessed her dedication to providing exceptional care for her own pets, as well as for my dog, Ollie. Desire's love for animals is evident in the way that she interacts with them - always showing patience, kindness, and understanding. Even with my crazy hyper dog! If you are looking for a reliable and loving caretaker for your furry family members, I cannot recommend Desire enough!
