I highly recommend Deseray. She is so wonderful pet sitting my Black Lab that has bad anxiety. My sweet Luna loves her, and I love the photos Deseray sends me while I am away to let me know how happy my sweet girl is doing.

We scheduled three 30-minute visits. She was very friendly when we first met her, but unfortunately, the visits did not go as expected. There were no check-ins, check-outs, Rover Cards, or photos. Our camera did not show her arriving that morning, and when I asked about it, she said she had been there but didn’t have good enough service to complete the Rover report. Our camera worked normally for everything else, so I was very concerned and did not feel confident that the visit actually happened. The second visit showed her staying for only about 15 minutes. She was on time and stayed the whole time for the third visit. Overall, I was disappointed with the lack of communication and documentation and would not book with her again.

I honestly do not recommend Deseray. I encountered several issues throughout my booking. First, she was repeatedly late, sometimes arriving up to nearly two hours after the scheduled check-in time. When you book specific check-in times, you expect your pets to be cared for at those times. Second, the Rover Cards were inconsistent and, at times, inaccurate. Some visits were not properly documented, and one Rover Card showed times that clearly did not match the actual visit. Third, I booked 60-minute drop-ins, but multiple visits were cut short. The only reason I was able to verify the actual arrival and departure times was because I have security cameras. The visit durations did not always match the hour I paid for. I also noticed that my experience closely mirrored the first review left on her profile over a year ago, which described similar concerns. Unfortunately, that made me feel these issues were not isolated. It was incredibly disappointing to be out of town and have to worry about whether my pets who are family to me were receiving the care I paid for. Reliability, accurate documentation, and honoring the scheduled visit times are essential qualities in a pet sitter, and unfortunately that was not my experience.

Deseray took excellent care of our three dogs. She communicated every day and followed directions well. My house was clean and plants tended as well. I would book Deseray again. 😊

I highly recommend Deseray. She is a great sitter for my high anxiety Lab and my dog does so well with her. I will be rebooking again in the future.

Deseray was fantastic with my pups! Mine are a little persnickety at times, but I could tell right off the bat that she’s a real dog person & knows how to handle different dog temperaments at once. Will definitely rebook!
