Hi! I’m a longtime pet sitter with 10+ years of experience caring for dogs and cats of all breeds, ages, and sizes. I’ve also volunteered at animal shelters and genuinely love getting to know animals of all personalities—from energetic pups to shy cats and senior pets who need a little extra patience and care. I especially enjoy in-home pet and house sitting because I believe pets are most comfortable in their own environment where they can stick to their routine and feel safe and relaxed. My goal is always to make your time away as stress-free as possible for both you and your pets. I’ll treat your pets like family, give them lots of love and attention, and keep you updated with photos and check-ins so you always know they’re happy and cared for.

Desarae has been a blessing to my little zoo when ever I’ve needed some time away!! I don’t trust just anyone with my fur and feathered babies and I am at peace knowing they’re in good hands with her 😊 I have one 11 yr old pit bull mix, 2 kitties and 3 Emus so I would not consider It an easy feat watching my pets seeing how 3 of them could kill you if you’re not careful 😂 I’d highly recommend using Desarae as your pet sitter, she is my go to every time!!!
Desarae came to watch mg two girls for a few days. The girls, Frenchy and June, just adored her. Very accountable to come over and care for my little babies.
We’ve trusted Desiree with our two dogs and two cats during our spring break trips for three years in a row, and we highly recommend her to anyone looking for a reliable and caring pet sitter. Desiree does a great job and our dogs especially love her! She is very attentive and responsible. She also sent us photos of our furbabies and updates while we were away, which gave us so much peace of mind. She follows directions well and truly cares for the pets she watches. Overall, she’s a great young lady with a great personality who adores animals! Our dogs and cats highly recommend her! 🐾
Desarae was amazing with my puppy and I would absolutely recommend her to anyone looking for a caring and trustworthy pet sitter. She was very kind, attentive, and clearly loves animals. She made sure she was well taken care of and was very attentive to her needs! My puppy loved her and I could tell she was happy and cared for. I would definitely trust her to watch my pup again!😊
10/10 recommend Desarae for pet sitting because she watched my 3 chihuahuas and loved them like they were her own 😭She took care of Cuddles (RIP sweet girl), Millie, and Jewles. Three tiny babies who just want blankets, snacks, attention, and to be held 24/7. She was so patient and sweet with them, and I never had to worry while they were with her. My dogs are obsessed with her, which says a lot because chihuahuas are either instantly in love with you or acting like you personally ruined their lives. She somehow passed the vibe check immediately. Truly would trust her with my little old ladies anytime.
Desarae did an amazing job taking care of my senior kitty. He loved her immediately and very clearly enjoyed her company throughout her visit. Desarae is kind, responsible, dependable, and I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for pet care!

Schedule
I currently work full-time during the week but make pet care a priority in my routine. I’m available for mornings, evenings, weekends, and overnight stays depending on your pet’s needs. I’m happy to work around feeding schedules, walks, medications, playtime, and routines to make sure your pets are happy and well cared for while you’re away.
