This lady is awesome. I've used her for over 10 years before she was on Rover. Went to Europe recently and asked her if she wanted to get some plants for the yard, how nice to come home to flowers! Also bathed Harley and took care of a skin issue.

Derlene was awesome. Good communication, Cash was happy!

Darlene is great at what she does. She has taken care of our home and pets twice now, and we love her. She updates us as needed. She takes care of the place and leaves no foot print. We are so lucky too have known her, and will continue to hire her services. Our dogs love her.

Derlene stayed at our home to care for Race and Max, and we could not have asked for a better experience. Leaving your dogs and your home in someone else’s hands is a big deal, but she handled both with professionalism and genuine care. She is calm, attentive, and truly in tune with each dog’s personality. Race can be particular and Max has his own rhythm, and she managed both of them with patience and confidence. She did not just provide basic care. She kept them on their routine, spent quality time with them, and made sure they felt secure in their own space. Communication was consistent and reassuring. We always knew how things were going, which gave us real peace of mind while we were away. When we returned home, both dogs were happy, relaxed, and clearly well looked after. Our home was also spotless and respected. If you are looking for someone trustworthy, responsible, and genuinely great with dogs, Derlene is an excellent choice. We would absolutely have her stay with Race and Max again.

Came home to a happy zack. Its all I wanted. We'll use Derlene again. Trust is huge for me, and I trust her.
