Pet care experience
I began walking dogs for elderly neighbors, which grew into house sitting and caring for their dogs for weeks at a time. I am a stay at home dad of an awesome 17th months young boy, so "gig work" allows me to contribute to the family income and still care for our little guy.

Derik is an amazingly loving pet caregiver and walker. My Phoebe was so pleased and calm. She has anxiety and is very cautious around other people and animals. Whenever she gets around Derek she calms down because of his calm demeanor and his attention to detail. I recommend Derik for all of your small family member needs. Phoebe and I are grateful.

I make the time to really bond with my doggy clients, by lots of belly scratching, talking to them regularly, playing games like go-fetch, and not rushing our walks.

I am currently a stay at home dad, so my schedule is open. For House/dog/cat sitting, my wife and 17 month young, son will be staying as well.
