Do you hate the idea of leaving your pet alone all day? Let me provide walks or drop in visits. I've been surrounded by animals my entire life and have always had dogs by my side. My two pups, Bubba (a Chihuahua/Boston Terrier mix) and Bowie (a Pit Bull mix), are my world—we’re always out exploring together. Whether we're hiking at Red Rock, strolling through Sunset Park, or off on a new adventure, they keep me active and in tune with the needs of all kinds of dogs. I grew up in rural Pennsylvania, where I was lucky enough to care for a variety of animals including dogs, cats, chickens, sheep, rabbits, pheasants, and ducks. That experience gave me a deep respect and love for all animals. Caring for pets isn’t just a job for me—it’s second nature.

Derek is a Godsend! I haven’t left Littles with anyone since I adopted her. Having to find a sitter for her after getting an in-person job was extremely nerve racking. I interviewed multiple people and knew Derek was my guy from the moment we first spoke. He’s extremely responsive, patient, considerate, punctual and clearly loves animals! Most importantly, Littles adored him soon as he walked in the door. Derek is my go to from now on for all my sitting/walking needs. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him to a friend!

Schedule
After working as a GM in the hospitality industry for 10 years I realized it wasn't my passion. I'm now spending my time doing what I enjoy which is caring for pets. I left the corporate world to follow my passion, that's how you know I'm here for your pet.

I will treat your pets and home as if they were my own. I am a bit of a clean freak and will make sure the place and pets are better than when you left them.

A typical day
Depending on where the client lives we'll either go to a park or just walk around the streets. If the weather is too hot to walk on the concrete and blacktop then it will be strictly at the park, in the grass.
