Love all animals!
Just a runner training to make the Olympics. I run full time which is fun but doesn’t pay the bills yet. I work and train while coaching on the side. I live in Ballard and have transportation so getting around and taking care of pets isn’t an issue! Love working with all types of animals. House sitting is always fun. I have been house sitting since I was 14 and get asked every so often to fill in and watch the pets while keeping the house clean. Willing to do anything to accommodate and make things as easy as possible for owners! Can’t wait to get started!

Derek was an OUTSTANDING pet sitter and house sitter!!! We came home to happy, healthy dogs and a cat that were so well cared for!!! Derek went above and beyond to care for our home and beloved pets!!! We will definitely be rebooking with him and HIGHLY recommend him to others!!!

Derek is a very responsible, all around great guy. He has taken care of my tortoise Copper on several occasions while I was out of town. I Highly recommend him. He will also provide running tips when asked!
Derek has been a fabulous caregiver and friend to our beloved rescue dog. He has watched our dog for several days when we were out of town, as well as provided walks during the day while my husband and I are at work. Derek always takes the extra time to play with our dog after walking him, which we appreciate. He is very responsible, communicative, and trustworthy - and our dog loves him!
Derek is a responsible, terrific guy who our dog, Russ, absolutely adores. Derek has walked Russ many times and even cared for him for an entire weekend when we were gone - we absolutely trust him to care for our favorite son!
