What more can I say other than EXCELLENT! Definitely will rebook in the future. Great knowledge of dogs, very professional and overall I felt super comfortable and so did my puppy 😁. He communicated with me with any updates and gave full reassurance that my puppy was fine. And this I might add was my first time ever dropping my pet with anyone, and Dereck made me feel more than comfortable and assured. I highly recommend Dereck for your sitting needs 👏🏾

Dereck was great about taking a last minute booking although communication was less than anticipated. I got my dog on pickup but unfortunately that came with a crate/dog bed that had poop on it still which also had one of our dog bowls in it. This is slightly concerning since my dog has never used the bathroom in the crate or house, even when left for an extended period of time during the day. I was grateful that my dog was bathed, though. We also did not receive back our dog toys or food bowl. Overall, the experience was not awful but it was not the same experience we’ve had previously on this app.
