Loving stay-at-home dog parent 🐾
We’re a dog-loving couple who work from home, and our gentle black lab, Shadow, is the heart of our family. Shadow is a kind, playful big brother—he happily shares his snacks, toys, and bed with his doggie friends. Our home is a safe, happy space for pups of all doggie-nalities, and we’ve cared for many friends’ dogs over the years. With a fenced dog park downstairs and daily walks (or trail adventures!), your pup will enjoy plenty of playtime, exercise, and enrichment. We always have toys, snuggles, and even homemade jerky to share. By the end of the day, your pup will feel safe, loved, and happily tired. Shadow can’t wait to meet new buddies! 🐾

If it were possible to leave 8 stars, I would do it... Yann and Deqi (and Shadow) were superb. My dog was a COVID puppy, and didn't get the normal socialization as a little one, and she's always been very unsure of other dogs and somewhat tentative about new people. They have changed that: she is now much more eager to meet new friends, both human and canine - she even has a new bark... a happy, greeting yip when she sees new dogs. All that aside, Deqi and Yann were great caregivers and hosts, and sent lots of photos and videos, and my pup is eager to go visit again. I couldn't recommend them any more highly. Manny thanks!

Deqi and Yann took such good care of my pup for a week! I was grateful to know he was in good hands and they gave me plenty of updates. Their dog Shadow is a big sweetie, and helped my dog adapt to a different home. My dog can be nervous around big dogs, but within a couple days Deqi sent me video of the dogs playing together like old friends. They made sure my dog took his meds, and were willing to adapt around his separation anxiety. Also, they live within city limits and have a fenced area nearby for the dogs to exercise. Absolutely will book with them next time! Thanks to you both

Calendar and availability
Schedule
We’re up by 7am and wind down around 10pm, so drop-offs and pick-ups are welcome anytime in that window. We are flexible on our schedule, though we appreciate a heads-up for any changes.

We board dogs from one family at a time. We take safe, leashed walks on nearby trails and ensure a loving, secure environment at all times.

A typical day
We go out 3 times a day. At least one of them will be a trip to the dog park or hiking. I also make sure they get plenty of attention, snuggles, and homemade snacks so they feel comfortable and loved.
