Hi There, my name is Dennis and a life long dog lover. Our family has always taken in dogs from people who could no longer take care of them. In our household, the kids were responsible for taking care of the pets and so from a young age I learned to handle doggies. I know how hard it is to leave your dog, I have the still with Dara as well. So I promise to treat your furry amigo as my own family. At the moment I have my own dog Dara for 11 years who stays with me and sometimes with my family. This means that if needed, Dara can stay with my family if our guests are not fans of other doggies. I have dog sat up to 20 times for friends' dogs from pups to seniors, sometimes up to 3 dogs. I understand how important trust, patience and routine are. However for now 2 is the max. amount of doggies I would take on. I work permanently from home and take long walks but we can adjust to our guests. We will accept regulars on a daily base but also long staying guests. The dog sitting would happen at my 3-room apartment in Diemen Noord with a large balcony with sun. We live in a 'polder', meaning its surrounded by nature and water. There are many walking routes and dog parks around. We would only accept vaccinated doggies. Larger dogs over 15kg that are very energetic are not a great match for Dara, however Dara sometimes stays with my family. So if the timing is right larger energetic dogs can be accepted. In regards with my neighbors, we cannot accept dogs that constantly bark or howl unfortunately.
