Experienced dog owner! We love to love on pups! If it’s stopping by your house to care for them at home or welcoming them into out home, we do both! We are outdoors daily! We live in a quiet, but vibrant neighborhood perfect for long walks! If your dog needs more activity than that, they are free to be outside with us while we play or work the garden in the backyard! Dogs are part of the family at our house. If your dog is an older and less active dog, we welcome porch sitters or living room dwellers. Pets will always have a companion present if they want one! We desire to give our best attention to your dog, so we only plan to care for one at a time, unless you have multiple dogs that are used to their companion(s). Flexible schedule easily accommodates pups’ normal routines. We will take cues from them on playtime or rest time! We want them to feel at home!

Dennika was fantastic with our pup! She went above and beyond by taking him on fun walks, sending us sweet pictures and treating him like she was his own. We will absolutely use her again!
Dennika and her family were fabulous for a weeklong vacation with our golden retriever. We received updates, pictures and it seemed like they really loved Daisy like their own. She was exhausted and slept well after staying with them! Will definitely book her again!
Dennika graciously took care of our two great danes for two weeks while we were out of town. They can be a lot to handle just due to their size, and Dennika and her family took wonderful care of them, sent updates and responded quickly to all communication. She even made a run to get some extra dog food after I had miscalculated and brought too little for their stay. I have used several other sitters through Rover, and Dennika is by far the sitter I will trust to watch my dogs again.
Dennika was wonderful! We are so protective of our pups. They are so sweet but also have their issues. One is incredibly anxious when crated and the other doesn't like change or too much activity around him. Dennika listened with great kindness and assured me that they were the right place for my dogs while we were out of the country for two weeks. Since she's home so much, it was the perfect environment for my dogs to be mostly uncrated and just loved on like a normal part of a family. We got pictures frequently and never doubted they were cared for. Probably even more than we do, and that's saying a lot!
I can't say enough good things about Dennika and her family! I will definitely use her for any future needs! I received photos and texts about my dog and it allowed me to relax and enjoy myself knowing he was not just being boarded,but he was being loved! Perfect experience, so glad I found her!
Dennika is a lifesaver!!!!! She really helped out in a pinch and I knew my sweet boy was in the best hands. If you want peace of mind when you have to leave your dog in someone’s care then you should definitely use her.
