Thank you for viewing my profile, I am a health care professional, a part time dental hygienist. I consider pet sitting a career as well. My yard is privacy fenced ( 6' ) completely . 100 % safe and secure. The neighborhood , Twin Lakes, is safe and secure with many pet friendly residents. It is important to me to have a clean home, and I enjoy keeping it that way. My house is small , the floors are tile and laminate , so " it's all OK " if there is an accident. I do not get upset, I keep a clean home because I love a clean home :). I am a compassionate person, educated, intelligent... :), I possess morals and ethics. I do not have drug or alcohol issues. I live alone with my three small dogs and sweet cats. I give my time to animal welfare . I am very active in our local rescue S.A.F.E. of N.E. Florida, via fostering and fundraising. Saving dogs and cats from euthanasia, suffering, abuse, neglect....... is my passion. YOUR pet..... My priority is your furbaby. I follow your instructions and communicate with you in any manner you wish to let you know your dog(s) are doing well. I love dogs and truly enjoy "hosting" . * Please refer to my reviews All dogs are allowed on the furniture if they wish, I have clean soft plush dog beds throughout the living area , and if they desire they can climb in the human bed at night too. Sometimes a small breed likes the security of bed if that is what they are used to.. I have crates of various sizes if you ask your pet to be crated at specific times/reasons. I only accept DOG FRIENDLY , CAT FRIENDLY dogs. I request clean, parasite free, no worms, fleas, ticks etc. * so far none of this has ever been an issue. I am so lucky to have hosted spoiled, loved well cared for babies, A docile, loving, sweet, gentle mannered dog.....age no matter. (My family showed obedience dogs for 30+ years , my experience with dogs of all breeds is vast ) I accept long term jobs as well as a weekend while you may visit beautiful St. Augustine. My dogs are current on vaccinations, bordatella and flu vaccine. I suggest you have your dog well inoculated with same several weeks before you plan your visit. I'm a firm believer in the canine flu vaccine ,it saves lives. My dogs are clean and parasite free and professionally groomed , my point being is outstanding love and care. My dogs are my four legged children and I will treat your pet the exact same. Please feel free to ask any questions. *PLEASE NOTE: "$25.00 a night" is an ESTIMATE. I base each quote on an individual hostess basis. In general, longer term vacations ( 3+ weeks) are at lower fee, some short stays are a higher fee. * Very short stays I may price higher, such as 2-4 days. I may raise the fee due to size of dog and exercise requirements. I do not charge extra for giving medications or insulin. I may charge a LOWER price if you are facing a hardship or severe illness and need care for your pet .I may charge a higher fee if it involves a holiday. I thank you for our understanding.
