We chose Denise and Neil to care for our fur baby Ginger while we took a two-week trip. This was our first time having them watch her. Our senior pup is accustomed to us being at home for the most part, in a calm environment. They are also at home almost all of the time, and were able to be dedicated to her well-being and not cause any disruption to her usual routine. Denise and Neil took exceptional care of Ginger. They truly went above and beyond our expectations. She's an older pup with arthritis and digestive sensitivity. They were very attentive to her special needs, such as encouraging her to use ramps instead of jumping. Denise texted us every day with updates on Ginger, and included many videos. It was very reassuring to see the videos of our girl so happy and playing, fitting in with their household. She bonded with both Denise and Neil. Denise was quick to ask questions if she needed clarification on our care instructions, and because of her experience in pet-sitting and rescue, she was very observant and made suggestions for things to consider trying at home, such as dietary changes, to improve Ginger's digestive issues and overall health. We appreciate her advice. Ginger and their little dog Bella got along well too. Bella is a gentle, calm sweet girl. Their house and yard has everything set up to keep pets safe and accommodate their needs. Ginger looked great when we picked her up! Thanks again, Denise and Neil!
