I currently work full-time as a teacher, but I would like to reserve my weekends to care for your pet. I can schedule week days as well as needed depending on my school schedule. Since I have the summers off, my availability will increase as of July 1st.

I would prefer to go to a client's home to provide care for their pets. Due to my current condominium regulations, I can only have 1 pet at my place. I clean, feed and walk your dog. I also provide services for cats. I will clean litter box, disinfect and brush.

A typical day
I usually walk the dog around the neighbourhood. If the client does not allow visits to the nearest park, I will make sure to play with the dog at their home, give lots of love and make sure your pet feels safe and taken care of. A typical day for me is mostly walking and getting some exercise. I am very flexible with the type of care the owner wants me to provide. I take suggestions as to where to take their pets.

Pet care experience
I have been taking care of dogs and cats for the past 2 years, usually for friends and family. I am a full time teacher and I love animals. I do own a cat named Sammy who is my whole world. I use the services of Rover when I am out of town all the time and I decided to join the community because I want to give people the opportunity to go away on a weekend getaway and have someone qualified to care for their pet. I don't have many pictures of the pets I look after but I will keep taking pictures from now on every time I go and care for a pet.

Denis was great— we could tell from the moment he met our cats they were in good hands while we were away. They came up to greet him and were their normal selves. When we got home after a week away, they were so calm. We appreciated his excellent communication: we got updates when he was at the house and received cute pictures of our cats after the visit. He was also very prompt about getting the key and meeting the pets, as well as returning the key once we got home. If you need a pet sitter, you can't go wrong with Denis and we'll definitely be hiring him again. Thanks for everything, Denis!
