We Only Learn to Love by Loving
I’ve owned and helped care for a variety of pets since I was a child. From dogs and cats to birds and lizards to rabbits and squirrels to fish and turtles. I love them all. I dreamed of becoming a professional dog walker/runner in my retirement long before I even started my 1st career. Sadly, I lost both of my most precious babies of 17+ years within a few months of each other. I know that I'm not in a place in life to bring in new pets to my home, so I greatly look forward to giving yours the love and attention they deserve. Because I have owned or helped care for a large spectrum of animals in all ages and stages, I'm comfortable feeding, watering, exercising, and administering medications to a wide variety of animals.

I am happy to check in on your pets as needed, whether it be for feedings, exercise, medication administration or even just some time and affection. As an avid runner and walker myself, I'm happy to get your animals as much exercise as they typically require.

Denika was all that we hoped for when we recently needed a pet sitter as new residents to the area. She stayed in touch, sent pictures and did all that we requested perfectly. We highly recommend her and encourage others to entrust their fur babies to her. You won’t regret it.
My dog is quite timid and the with the rain it took a lot of effort for her to get her outside! Denika put in so much effort with her and went the extra mile!! Very grateful❤️
Denika takes great care of our boys and sends us photos to show they are behaving. lol I highly recommend her with your furbabies.

I am currently working for myself, primarily from home, and thus have a very flexible schedule with availability throughout the day on weekdays as well as most weekends.
