We had such a wonderful experience with Dena! She was caring, reliable, and treated our dogs like family. She kept us updated, followed our instructions, and made sure our pups were happy, comfortable, and well cared for. It gave us so much peace of mind knowing our dogs were in such great hands. We would absolutely recommend Dena and will definitely use her again!

Dena was incredible! She took care of my little kitty so well. I usually feel anxious leaving my kitty alone but Dena honestly did such a great job at checking in and making me feel comfortable that I was able to relax during my trip. She also cleaned before she left allowing me to come home to a relaxing space. 11 out of 10 recommend her. Dena’s husband Jo is also great with animals; I approved him to visit during her stay and play with my cat and he was super sweet with my kitty.

Dena has been great to work with when it comes to boarding my cat. She is very responsive and sends updates on a frequent basis. I recommend booking with her!

I won't be using this sitter again. Dropoff and pickup were inconvenient. She lives in an apartment building and refused to come down to meet me. Despite not having a way into the building, she made me meet her on the 7th floor both times...I had to wait for one of the building occupants to let me in. My dogs were returned to me very dehydrated, both with severe diarrhea, and the larger one had lost noticeable weight. Additionally, while in her care, despite my warnings that the larger one may pull when excited, she claimed he pulled so hard that he snapped his leash and caused her to fall. My husband and I are both skeptical about this story, especially seeing where the leash allegedly snapped (looks like a clean cut with scissors to us). We don't know what exactly went on there during the few days she had our dogs, but whatever it was, we won't be subjecting our dogs to that again.

DO NOT recommend. I contacted Dena for house sitting in my home for my 2 dogs and cat. My request, made both in person and in text, was that I wanted her here the majority of the stay—either all night or all day—but she didn’t have to be here all 24 hours each day. Shockingly, she only spent a total of 30 minutes PER DAY, roughly TWO 15 minute visits, leaving my dogs alone for 12-13 hours at a time (verified from my key/entrance logs). It is unfathomable that someone would do such a thing and literally neglect my dogs without any sort of proactive communication that they could not provide the services requested and paid for.
