I’m a compassionate and dedicated animal lover who truly enjoys spending time with pets and caring for them like my own. Having the opportunity to build trust and create comfort for your furry family member means a lot to me. I even volunteer a few hours each week at a local animal organization because working with animals brings me so much joy! I always go above and beyond to make sure your pet feels loved, safe, and respected. Every animal has their own unique personality, needs, and routines, and I take pride in adapting my care to meet those individual needs. Whether it’s going for walks, car rides, trips to the park, or cozy snuggle sessions, I’ll make sure your pet feels at home while you’re away. I also happily provide baths and ongoing care as needed, and I love sending photo updates so you can see all the cuteness in action! Patience and understanding are at the heart of how I connect with animals. I meet each pet where they are and respect their comfort level. My own cat, for example, is very independent and affectionate only on her terms, and that’s okay! Whether your pet loves constant cuddles or prefers gentle companionship, I’ll make sure they feel loved and cared for in the way that suits them best. I’m very patient and meet all animals where they are. I’ve learned to adjust to all different personalities that animals have. In fact, my cat sets very strict boundaries that I follow-she only likes affection on her terms. However, I love to snuggle, go for walks, and play with animals who love to do so!

Demi was great staying at our house for a few days while we were out of town. Our animals seemed very comfortable with her and I loved seeing all the pictures. We would definitely use her again.

She was great. She sent me photos of my dogs and let me know how they were doing. I wasn't worried about my dogs at all and was confident they were being well cared for.
Demi takes such good care of Oliver when we are away. She is a great communicator, both with details and in providing us photos, videos and updates. She is flexible when we have last minute changes to our travel plans. It’s also nice to have her at our home to collect packages that arrive while we’re away. She’s the best!

Schedule
I am a full time social worker on weekdays. However, I am very flexible. I am able to give a lot of my time to provide walks, drop-ins, and overnights.
