I run my own business outside of Rover but dogs have always been a huge part of my life — I grew up with spaniels and have been around all kinds of breeds. I’ve even helped deliver two litters, so I’m completely comfortable with animals in every situation. I’m a qualified midwife too, so caring for people (and pets) is just who I am. I don’t have my own dog full time anymore which is honestly why I love doing this — I get to spend time with yours. Your dog will be well loved, well looked after, and in very safe hands.

I couldn’t have asked for a better dog sitters than Demi and Luke for our two dachshund! From the very beginning, I felt completely reassured that they were in safe and caring hands. I received regular updates and lovely photos. It was obvious that extra time, care, and attention were given to both of my dogs, making sure they were happy, comfortable, and well looked after. What can I say from the moment I met Demi and Luke I clicked with them and so did Amber I felt I had known them for years and had no worries leaving Amber for 8 days. Amazing updates and communication and followed everything we asked.....treated her like family and I can always tell from her mannerisms how happy she is and she was in exceptionally happy and loved and cared for. Would recommend anyone this amazing couple. The space at their home for dogs is amazing to and local walks are fantastic. Amber will be back with them soon enough x 😊
Thank you so much! Demi was amazing and so good with our Frenchie! She took such good care of him, giving him his medication and making sure he got plenty of walks; also keeping him nice and cool on the warm days! We were anxious about leaving him for the first time but Demi totally put our minds at ease and kept us updated throughout our holiday of how he was getting on with pictures and videos of his stay! 10 stars! Enzo will defo be back for his holidays again!

Schedule
I’m currently running my own business so my schedule is genuinely flexible - most days I’m free and I work around your routine, not mine. I do travel occasionally for work and take the odd holiday, but I keep my calendar updated so you’ll always know when I’m available. Dogs aren’t an inconvenience to my day, they’re the highlight of it.

I spent years as a community midwife working in people’s homes - so being trusted in someone’s private space is something I take seriously. I’m calm, professional and respectful. Your home will be treated with complete care and your dog will be handled with confidence. I’m used to high-pressure, high-responsibility situations so nothing phases me.
A typical day
A typical day will start with breakfast and walk together if applicable, we then would play games, mental stimulation such as any tricks you do yourself or rough play for dogs that need this (ie bulldogs). I then usually have their own down time to settle between activities and any additional routines I like to adapt to so your pet has a seamless transition and remains settled. I lastly would do another walk and the cuddles on the sofa if applicable!
