I'd love to know about your pet's unique personality! Please let me know if they have any specific "flight risks" or triggers such as other dogs, their favorite hiding spots, and how they usually react to someone entering the house. It's also super helpful to know their exact feeding/treat routine, any medication needs, and where you keep the leash and cleaning supplies so I can make every visit as smooth and stress free as possible for them.
A typical day
A typical visit starts with a calm entry to ensure your pet feels secure and comfortable. After a quick safety check of the environment, we'll head out for a walk or jump right into playtime, exercise, and plenty of 1 to 1 attention. I make sure to refresh water bowls, provide meals or treats exactly as instructed, and handle any necessary pet related clean up to keep your home tidy. Each session wraps up with some quality winding down time and a detailed Rover Card update complete with photos and notes so you know exactly how much fun your pet had!

I've taken care of my family's and friend's dogs since I was 15, but more so in the last 3 years. I especially love to get them good exercise through playing fetch and chase with them, and turning walks into runs. Of course if dog is unable to exercise I'm also great at keeping things more their pace and ensuring their safety.

Demetri is a natural caregiver - with his primary work being in special education, he is nurturing and caring at heart. He has two dogs of his own that he loves dearly and has also spent time with my dogs, watching them at the last second when I was in need. He is great and loving with all animals, and I would highly suggest him as a highly reliable and responsible pet caregiver!
