Solana did great with the pups and went the extra mile to calm them down during a bad storm

Della and Serenada were amazing! I was staying in a hotel while my mom was in the hospital. They met me at the hotel to pick up a key. For the rest of the week, Serenada came to the hotel twice a day to spend time with Sadie. She took her for walks, played with her, and fed her in the evenings. It was such a blessing to know that Sadie was being so well cared for while I was with my mom. Thank you!!

I am extremely disappointed with the dog-sitting service I received, and I feel it’s important to share my experience so others can avoid a similarly frustrating situation. From the beginning, the sitter demonstrated a clear lack of professionalism and respect for both my home and the care instructions I provided for my dogs. One of the first red flags was discovering that the sitter had been eating my food without permission. This was not only unprofessional but also a blatant disregard for personal boundaries. Even more concerning was their failure to follow the specific care instructions I had laid out for my dogs, including feeding schedules, routines, and supervision requirements. These instructions were provided to ensure my pets felt secure and well-cared-for, yet they were ignored. A major issue arose when my dogs had a poop accident indoors. Instead of contacting me to ask where the cleaning supplies were or how the situation should be handled, the sitter made no effort to address it properly. It was clear they lacked even basic knowledge of how to manage such an incident, which is unacceptable for someone responsible for pet care. What made the situation significantly worse was the sitter’s failure to honor the rover app agreement regarding adult supervision. We had explicitly agreed that an adult would be present at all times, but instead, a child was sent in their place without my knowledge or consent. This was a complete breach of trust and placed my dogs—and my home—in a situation I never agreed to. Furthermore, when I arrived home, the kennel was open, and the dog was roaming the apartment. In addition, the sitter spent the majority of the time on their phone rather than engaging with or supervising the dogs. When I returned home, the place was left dirty and unorganized, further demonstrating the lack of responsibility and effort put into their duties. Overall, this experience was deeply disappointing and far below any reasonable standard of care. I cannot in good conscience recommend this dog-sitting service to anyone looking for reliable, respectful, and attentive care for their pets and home.

Serenada was so awesome! We have 3 dogs that have never been alone without us and we found so much trust in her from the first time we had our meet and greet. She took care of our pups on 2 different occasions one being an over night stay while we were out of town. She also was able to properly keep one of our dogs cones on and give eye drops on time. She treated our home with respect and always updated us on the dogs and sent photos. Highly recommend!
