Delayni was great. She is very prompt and direct with her communication and clearly cares for the animals she watches. I think my dog has now enlisted Delayni into her dog pack! I was gone 10 days and am used to getting detailed daily updates and pictures from my other sitter, which did not happen; instead i got pictures about every 3 days with almost no descriptions, but, my dog seemed to be extremely well cared for and happy when i returned, which is the most important part. The pictures and updates were probably due to a lack of communication on my part because Delayni was very accommodating and patient when i reached out with questions while i was away and she was interested in learning all the details needed to help my dog settle as best as possible. I would recommend her highly.

Delayni looked after our dog several times. We were happy that our dog was always happy to arrive and not overly desperate to leave - suggesting that the environment was a good one. Unfortunately, we recently dropped our dog off for a four day weekend, but Delayni contacted us within five minutes saying that she had FOUR other dogs in her apartment, that they weren’t getting along with our dog as a fifth, and that we needed to come back to pick her up. This was shocking on a number of levels: that there were four other dogs in the apartment but we had no idea, that Delayni could accept our dog without telling us about the overbooking, and that Delayni was unbothered that we’d have to delay our trip in order to find a last minute solution as though there was no way to anticipate the issue. I’d recommend anyone who wants to book a stay ask lots of questions first.
