I am currently a graduate student at UNLV, so the weekends often work best for me! With my newly adopted pup, Willow, I am not currently house sitting, since I can’t leave her alone at night and don’t feel comfortable taking her along with me. However, if you would like me to house sit but not stay the night, I am able to do multiple drop ins a day.

I take many safety precautions (leashed walks outside, going to the dog park at certain hours, dog steps up onto couch and blocking off the stairs) now due to Piper's condition, and will do my best to adhere to your animal's needs. I understand the anxiety that comes from entrusting someone with your fur baby. Please know that I am extremely diligent with my dog's needs, and will treat your best friend like my own.

Please let me know if there are any specific things your baby needs. If you’d like to book me for housesitting but am okay if I do not spend the night (I cannot since I do not feel comfortable bringing Willow along with me yet), we can do multiple drop ins per day, and I can open up my availability for housesitting again for you.
A typical day
I really love hiking and walking, and am more than ready to take your pup out for some fun! I love using puzzle-toys for meal times, and love to discover what toys your baby loves most!

Pet care experience
Thank you for considering me to care for your fur baby! My pup Piper had IVDD and a seizure disorder. I adapted her care and made it my mission to help her through the recovery and rehabilitation process. That being said, I'm comfortable working with animals who have special needs (diapers, medications, assistance in walking/using the bathroom). Additionally, I love being active, and would love to take your pup on a hike or walk!

Delaney was an amazing sitter for my dog. I could tell my pup was really comfortable with her, even playful which is so rare for her with people she doesn't know. She took excellent care of her and gave me regular updates and pictures of how things were going which is so comforting when I'm traveling. She left the apartment super clean including the bedding which I'm very appreciative of. Highly recommend her services.
