Hi! I’m a lifelong animal lover with over 4 years of professional, hands-on experience working in veterinary offices and doggy daycare. Caring for animals has been a big part of my life, and I’ve had the opportunity to work with dogs of all sizes, ages, breeds, and personalities. My professional experience has made me comfortable caring for everything from energetic puppies to senior pets who may need a little extra patience and attention. I’m experienced with recognizing changes in behavior or signs of stress, following medication instructions, and making sure pets stay safe and comfortable while in my care. I know leaving your pet with someone new can be stressful, so communication is a huge priority for me. You can expect plenty of photos, updates, and quick responses so you can enjoy your time away knowing your pet is in good hands. Most importantly, I truly love spending time with animals! Whether your pet wants long walks and playtime or would rather spend the day cuddling on the couch, I’ll make sure they get the individual attention, affection, and care they deserve.

Your pet’s safety and comfort are always my top priorities. With my professional experience working in veterinary offices and doggy daycare, I’m accustomed to paying close attention to animal behavior, recognizing signs of stress or discomfort, and safely caring for pets with a variety of needs and personalities. When caring for pets in a client’s home, I do my best to keep their routine as consistent as possible. I carefully follow instructions for feeding, walks, potty breaks, medications, playtime, and any special care your pet may need. I’m also mindful of the little things that make a big difference—checking that doors and gates are secure, practicing safe leash handling, keeping potentially unsafe items out of reach, and maintaining a clean and comfortable environment. I understand that you’re trusting me with both your pet and your home, and I don’t take that responsibility lightly. I’ll respect your space, communicate with throughout the stay, and send updates and photos 2-3 times per day based on your preference, so you always know how your pet is doing.

Schedule
I’m currently available for pet care after 6pm Monday - Thursday, and I have especially flexible availability Friday–Sunday, making me a great fit for weekend trips, overnight stays, and pets who need extra companionship while their family is away. This allows me to dedicate plenty of time to walks, drop-in visits, playtime, companionship, and extended stays. I’m happy to work around your pet’s normal routine whenever possible, including their usual feeding times, walks, potty breaks, medications, and bedtime routine. My goal is to keep things feeling as normal and comfortable as possible while you’re away. 🐾 Need something specific? Feel free to reach out! I’m always happy to discuss your pet’s schedule and see if I can accommodate their needs. - Every pet has their own personality and routine, and I’d love to learn what makes yours happiest! Before caring for your pet, I’d like to know about their normal routine, personality, feeding schedule, medications, favorite activities, and any special needs they may have. Please also let me know about anything that could help me keep them safe and comfortable, such as anxieties or triggers, leash behavior, reactivity, allergies, medical concerns, escape tendencies, or how they interact with other animals and people. And don’t forget the fun stuff! I’d love to know their favorite treats, toys, walking routes, sleeping spots, and all of their little quirks. 💕 The more I know about your pet, the better I can keep their routine consistent and make their time with me feel safe, comfortable, and fun!
