I have loved and cared for dogs since I was 6 years old. I had three family dogs that grew up with me since a child. Since moving from my parent’s home and buying my own property, I’ve missed the companionship of my family dogs but have not yet committed to getting a pup of my own.

Hi! I’m Delancey, a 30 year old lifelong dog lover who has owned and loved dogs my entire life. I currently work from home, which allows me to be home and available to give pets plenty of companionship and supervision throughout the day. I’m also a landlord on the side, so I’m responsible, organized, and used to taking pride in maintaining a comfortable home. I have a large fenced-in yard in a quiet residential neighborhood where pups can relax, play, and enjoy plenty of outdoor time. I keep my pet care small and personal because I want every dog staying with me to feel comfortable, safe, and well cared for. I’d love to welcome your pup into my home! 🐾

I work from home, so your pup will have plenty of companionship and supervision throughout the day rather than being left alone for long periods of time. I have a large, beautifully maintained fenced-in yard where dogs can safely get some fresh air, play, and stretch their legs throughout the day. We’ll also take walks around my quiet residential neighborhood and, when appropriate, visit the nearby park. I provide regular potty breaks, playtime, and plenty of attention throughout the day. I only care for a small number of dogs at a time so that each pup can receive individual attention and feel comfortable in a calm, home-like environment.
A typical day
A typical day is a comfortable mix of companionship, outdoor time, play, and plenty of relaxation. Since I work from home, pets are able to spend the day with me and receive regular attention and potty breaks. We’ll enjoy time in my large fenced-in backyard for exploring and play, take walks around the neighborhood or visit the nearby park. I also enjoy playing fetch and letting dogs get some energy out before settling in for a cozy, relaxing afternoon. I keep the number of pets I care for small, so I can give each dog plenty of individual attention while also allowing them to have a comfortable stay.

- Please let me know about your pet’s personality, temperament, and daily routine ahead of time. I’d especially like to know how they interact with other dogs and people, whether they are house-trained, and whether they have any behaviors, fears, or sensitivities I should be aware of. Please also provide their feeding schedule, potty routine, exercise needs, medications (if applicable), and anything that helps them feel comfortable and settled in a new environment. The more I know ahead of time, the better I can make their stay safe, comfortable, and enjoyable.
