Delainna was awesome! She did everything within her power to make us comfortable and happy with her service. She sent us updates and pictures and when we picked the dogs up, our boxer made sure to jump up for extra pets from her before getting in the car. It's very obvious she loves them just like we do.
Delainna watched Nala for close to a week. There were no issues and Nala came home a happy pup. I’d for sure book with her again!
I was very disappointed with my experience with Delainna. She was my dog walker for 2.5 months. I am usually at work but I was home having online class when I got a notification that “Delainna has picked up Puppin for a walk.” She hadn’t. After three minutes she finally pulled into my driveway. After another 15 minutes I came outside to find her sitting in her car on the phone. She had not even done the bare minimum of letting my dog out to piss. I had her booked as my dog walker 3-6 per week for an hour. I am unsure if my dog received care during that time. Do not trust your pets with Delainna.
She was great with Tina and I could tell Tina was happy and comfortable when I picked her up!
Delainna was wonderful with caring for Zeke for an extended period of time! She kept me updated each day and it was clear that he loved staying with her. Highly recommend!
