I did not have a good experience with how Deja left my home after requesting that she do in-home sitting with my dog. After coming back home from my week-long trip I have found that Deja has caused damage to multiple areas and items in my home: 1. There are multiple stains on my bathroom walls and toilet seat, a few which were difficult to remove or didn’t come out at all. 2. Stained a bathroom hand towel 3. Left dried spills on my coffee table that were not cleaned 4. Books and games that were left disheveled and damaged. It seems like her or her toddler had rummaged through the games that were in my entrance table. I didn’t give permission to touch or use any of these items nor did you ask to use them. There was a box of puzzles with the photo paper in it crumpled up, scattered puzzle pieces in various areas of my living room and the box left half-opened. There was also a book that was not put back in its proper place. I wouldn’t have minded is she asked to use these items, but they were left in poor condition afterwards. 5. One of my handmade trinkets sitting on a tray on my entrance table in the living room was broken 6. She did not tell me about a new job she started. I requested for the service to start between 9AM-10:30AM and when I asked you how her morning with my pet went on the first day at 1PM, she told me she'd stop by my house after her work ended at 3PM. I left for my trip before 7AM, that means that you left my dog without food and a bathroom break all morning. If I had not sent a message to ask, I don't think she would've told me this information 7. I did not receive daily photos consistently from her like I had requested. I only got photos from when I explicitly sent a message asking for them. 8. There were leftover baby clothes on my laundry room floor and in the washer. It seems like you moved the items that I had placed on the laundry room floor and put them in the washer with an article of baby clothing and then left other baby clothes on the floor. 9. It smells heavily of baby/ baby products in my living room and bedroom. 10. The living room scent plug in was turned off and tilted to the side so the center wick is not touching the scented liquid. If the scent was causing issues I would’ve preferred she ask me if you could remove/ adjust it and then return it to its original positioning when the service was completed. My pet is fine, but I expect more respect for my home and the items in it.

Deja, Did a wonderful job with Ronnie. She even gave Ronnie a bath! I would definitely use her again.
