Hi my name is Deirdra and my husband's name is Austin! We love animals of all kinds. I grew up on a 20 acre farm with 7 dogs and all kinds of animals and pets. Cows, chickens, ducks, bunnies,horses you name it we had it. I currently have 1 dog. I would love to have your fur baby in my home while you're on vacation or out of town. Trust that they will be happy and taken care of while you're away. Prepare your pet for lots of walks, treats and belly rubs. I have a huge backyard for your pet to run around in or plenty of plush places for them to chill out. I have experience with large,medium and small dogs. I'll happily cater to puppies or elderly dogs as well. I understand time away from your pet can be hard. For most of us our pets aren't just a pet, they're family! To provide peace of mind I'll send you pictures of your pup throughout the day and provide any additional updates promptly when asked. How do we get started? Before boarding begins I always like to schedule a meet and greet to make sure we are a good fit. I work from home in Healthcare. My afternoons are open after 5:30 on Fri-Sat-Sun-Mon-. Tuesday and Wednesdays Thursdays I am free all day. However I am home everyday and am able to board your pet or pet sit as needed. I have a very large fenced yard with plenty of room to run and play. They will have plenty of sunny spots to lay in or shade too. If they prefer inside we have air conditioning or heat. And plenty of fluffy blankets if they like to snuggle. ***Please book in advance during busy/peak spring and summer months. I work on a first come first served booking basis. ***

We so appreciate Deirdra & her wonderful family. Our mini aussie is 7 and comes home every single time so content, clean, and very well loved. To have someone you trust and can rely on is important to me and we have that with Deirdra. Very thankful 😌

Schedule
I work from home and will have plenty of time throughout the day to care for your pup. I always make time for playing fetch or going for a walk.

Safety, trust & environment
I have a large fenced back yard. I have one younger puppy and a small older dog who can keep your pup company. I can also crate your pup if needed. I have pet gates and cameras set up and safety is always my top priority when your pup is in my care.

A typical day
We love to go on hikes around the lake or take our pup to the park. My little pup is older so he mostly sleeps and likes shorter walks.

- Please let me know ahead of time If your pup has any special needs, requirements or quirky things I need to be aware of. Is your pet fully house trained, do they have separation anxiety, any aggressive behaviors. Do they need a kennel etc. Please note any medications, feeding schedules etc. Please note* If your dog has ANY aggressive behaviors or destructive behaviors I will not take them. This is to protect my family and our home. If after boarding or daycare service starts your pet exhibits aggressive behaviors I will reach out to Rover to have them placed in a different home.
