I have had pets at home since I was a child I currently have a lovely 4 year old cocker spaniel who is absolutely amazing and super friendly I totally understand on how it’s vital for families to be ensured that their fur babies are being taken care of whilst families are on a break !!

This was our first experience of both Rover and Deepa. Deepa and family took great care of our dog during our holiday. Even when our dog got injured a few days before our booking and we had a lot of extra concerns and special instructions around what he should not be allowed to do, and prescribed medication to give, this didn't seem to be a problem. Deepa's whole family seemed to participate in the care for our dog, they are clearly dog lovers, this is not just a business for them, and Deepa's own dog bonded well with ours. We got photos and videos every day thru the Rover App and WhatsApp, and this put our mind at rest/allowed us to enjoy our holiday.
We can’t recommend Deepa highly enough. This was the first time we’d ever left our Cavapoo, Silas, so naturally we were a little anxious. From the moment we dropped him off, Deepa put us completely at ease. She sent us regular daily updates, photos and videos, which meant we could relax and enjoy our holiday in Mexico knowing Silas was happy, settled and being so well looked after. To top it all off, our return flight was delayed by a day, and Deepa was incredibly accommodating and kept Silas for the extra time without hesitation. That took a huge amount of stress away from what was already a difficult situation. It was obvious throughout that Silas was treated like one of the family, receiving plenty of love, attention and care. We wouldn’t hesitate to leave him with Deepa again and are so grateful for everything she did. Thank you, Deepa—you made our first experience of leaving Silas completely worry-free.

As a couple we work from home alternatively so our pets are never left on their own at home They get cuddles and hugs and much needed human interaction
