Warm ❤️ for cold noses!
I have had a dog for most of the last 40+ years. They have all been trained to follow basic commands and my current dog even rings a bell when she needs to go outside. I have gotten all of them (mostly rescues) as puppies or juveniles and have been with many of them through their senior years. I often keep my "granddogs" and Bailey loves having them to play with. We've had other dogs visit and she's gotten along well with all of them.

Dee & Doug have a lovely place with a shady securely fenced yard for pups to roam and play. I was notified of any concerns and updated with my dog’s status. When I picked her up she seemed happy, content and enjoying the attention of her “temporary” parents. I will definitely arrange for our girl to stay with Dee & Doug again when needed.
They were absolutely wonderful and took such amazing care of Blanco, my husky! It gave me so much peace of mind knowing he was with someone so kind and attentive. I can’t recommend them highly enough to anyone looking for truly exceptional care.
Dee and Doug have a sixth sense for dogs and truly care. It’s obvious they treated our dog like their own. Their shady country property was perfect for him to get his outside time. We will definitely book again.
Dee and Doug were both wonderful. We felt like we were leaving Charlie with family. They gave updates and pictures during his stay. He didn’t always potty where he was supposed too but they still worked with him. We are so thankful and grateful for their understanding and support during his stay and our absence. We most definitely will reach out to them again when needing boarding for Charlie. Thanks Dee and Doug so much for all your help and love.
My girl Suki always stays with family when I go out of town, this time around she stayed with Dee and Doug. They provided a comforting home for Suki and she got comfortable extremely quickly. They are great care takers, Suki is normally jumping on me when I’m gone for more than a day, so seeing that she didn’t jump on me shows she didn’t want to leave!
Thank you for taking care of my babies! I feel so comfortable while traveling because they’re in good hands! ❤️❤️❤️

Schedule
My husband and I are both retired so we are home most days. When we do have to be away, our dog has free roam of the house, but will go in a crate if necessary.

I have a fenced yard and a friendly pup who loves to play. She is mostly an inside dog but she enjoys a good run outside. Onleash walks and crating indoors are always an option.

A typical day
We live on over 5 acres so there is plenty of room to run and play. We have balls to fetch and ropes to tug. We also live on a quiet street so walks are safe and easy to do.

- Please let me know if your fur baby has any special needs or dietary restrictions. Also any behavioral issues that we would need to be aware of. It would also be helpful to know what commands are known and how well your dog comes when called. Any information you can share that will make your pup more comfortable while in our care will be appreciated. Also feel free to bring a special toy or blanket that might be a reminder of home so their stay is as stress free as possible.
