Hello and welcome to my page, my name is Dee. First, thank you for taking the time out to review my profile. Since 2022, devoted clients have trusted me to care for their furry companion(s). I know there are many pet sitters out there and finding the right one can be an overwhelming experience. This includes but isn't limited to dog walks, drop in visits, & house sitting. __Location__ Conveniently located in Jersey City, The Heights! My service area includes Jersey City, Hoboken, Weehawken, West NY and the NYC area. Dee provided exceptional housesitting services for our 6 month old pup Obi. It was our first time leaving Obi after adopting him and Dee was a wonderful care giver. When we left he had a tummy issue and Dee kept in close contact with us, took feedback well on adjustments and was able to steer things back on track. It’s clear that Obi had a great time with Dee and we are so grateful!

Schedule
Mon-Sun from 10:00am-6:00pm. A 3-day notice prior to starting services is ideal. I understand that last minute accommodations may need to be made as well.

Safety, trust & environment
__What is Required__ Vaccinations: For the safety of your dog, it is vital that he/she be current on all vaccines. Having your pet vaccinated is the best and least costly way of preventing disease. Please share a copy of the latest vaccination records, either by text or email prior to the meet and greet. Dog Profile: Make sure to fill out your dog's "Profile" on Rover so that I can have a better understanding of him/her. Give detailed feeding instructions. Provide emergency contacts and vet information, especially if you will not have phone service while on vacation. Medications: I do not charge for oral medications or injections. Please provide detailed instructions. I am knowledgeable with administering insulin shots, etc. __Things to Keep in Mind__ Meet & Greets: I always offer a free Meet & Greet to new potential clients. It gives everyone a chance to get to know each other and share pet care instructions. It allows me to connect with your dog and make sure he/she has a successful experience. Also, there are times when you have an emergency and are unable to do a meet and greet. I will do my best to accommodate. Senior Dogs/Puppies: I'm happy to provide care for injured dogs or those with special medical or health needs. I accept puppies that are up to date with their vaccines. Other Qualifications: I am CPR certified for dogs in case of an emergency. I also have experience taking care of other animal species such as birds, ferrets, hamsters, rabbits, fish, turtles, and reptiles. ****DAILY HOUSE-SITTING RATE IS FOR EACH 24 HOURS**** I strive to accommodate your pet care needs. If you have any questions about this policy, please do not hesitate to ask. Thank you for your understanding. __Cancelation__ I have a strict cancellation policy. Due to the nature of services, spots are limited. When you cancel, that is a spot I could have booked another dog. A full refund is available if a client cancels by 12:00 pm one week before the stay begins, 12:00 pm is determined by my time zone. If canceled later than 12:00 pm one week before the stay begins, a 50% refund is available for the first seven canceled days of the stay and a 100% refund is available for any additional days. If canceled within 3 days of check in, no refund is available. Also, if you pick up your dog a day earlier than what you had paid for, no refund is available. DOGS DO SPEAK, BUT ONLY TO THOSE WHO KNOW HOW TO LISTEN... You can expect me to be on time and adhere to your directions. Whether it's a walk, feeding, or light clean up. You can count on me to get the job done. I will ensure your dog's get their steps in and have plenty of time outside to alleviate themselves and enjoy some smells. If time permits and if your pup or pet like to engage, I will entertain your pet(s) with play until the service time is complete.
