Unfortunately we had a poor experience with Declan and can’t recommend him. He told us he had an emergency with his cat, which we understand happens, but afterwards assured us that his cat was okay and he’d be able to take care of our pups. He ended up being over six hours late after hours of him saying he was “on his way”, and then after a quick check-in left again for many hours. We had to find an emergency replacement as we have a five month old puppy who cannot be left alone for long. We were across the country and left feeling stressed and helpless that our dogs were not being taken care of.
