Have cared for many pets for family and friends who have gone on vacation and have been doing it for years. Dogs are part of my life and would like to continue to provide this service. My desire to care for animals will show by your pet's attitude. He/she will be loved and cared for just like my own. Performed nursing care for 2 years for an injured basset hound. Had to sling walk him and express his bladder every 2 hours. Also massaged his hind legs to provide blood flow. Volunteered for "Puppies Behind Bars" for 10 years. socializing the pet and bringing them to my home for sleep over. These dogs are trained for bomb sniffing and explosives and companions for PSD. They are housed in a prison correction center during the week and I would socialize and sit them over the weekends. Dogs are truly my passion.
