Availability
Your dogs are my daily priority. I can schedule any time daily and I am open to a long-term boarding commitment when I am available. I have customers that found me through other avenues, and have outstanding reviews as I appear to have become Grandma to so many beloved pets I will provide references.

Information Debra H. would like to know about your pet
Tell me everything you can about your pet(s) needs. Medications, feeding time(s) and amounts, vet information and if they have health issues, i.e., regarding their back or bladder. Allergies? Food aggression? Are they allowed table snacks? Crate trained? Sleeping arrangements. Food agression?
A typical day
If your dogs love to run, there is plenty of yard. I've thrown more balls in "fetch" than I can count. I tend to get exercise since most dogs think that "fetch" means for me to chase them down so I can fight for the ball to throw it again! I accept ideas. Glad to walk on leash.

Pet care experience
I can't promise your pet(s) won't be spoiled! One level home with a playmate, our 17 yr old Dora, a 15 year old, sweet old aussie shepherd. I am retired and dogs are my passion. I am located in the George's Tavern area of Goochland. I am usually home daily. My schedule is flexible. We have a very large fenced yard. Your dog(s) will have room to explore inside and out. We can discuss any special needs. I have experience with all shapes, sizes and breeds, however, as much as I love them, I cannot handle bigger and stronger breeds..
Reviews

Debra is a dog whisperer. She seemed to understand my baby’s need for reassurance. She treated my dog like one of her own. I am very protective of my baby but she put me at ease. Kept me updated with pictures all w/e. My dog was glad to see me but reluctant to leave her doggie playground. I hope I never have to leave him with anyone else. Thank you ?

Debra was so wonderful to work with! We reached out to her at the very last moment and she was available to watch our two, crazy boys (even over a holiday). She sent us detailed updates and plenty of photos while we were away which gave me so much peace of mind. I know they were spoiled and taken great care of, as they came home happy as clams. I couldn’t recommend her more — she is so great and clearly loves dogs a lot :)

It was like coming to Grandma’s. When your dog’s first experience away from home ends with a happy, relaxed, calm dog when she got home says it all. We are so appreciative of the loving care Debra and her husband took to ensure our fur baby had a great experience. Thank you Debra, Sadie will be back to play with your babies, fur sure :)
Debra treated our dogs as if they were her own. We got lots of photos throughout their stay and it was very clear that they were happy staying with her. We would absolutely book with Debra again in the future if needed.
