Empty nesters-flexible availability
My husband & I are empty nesters who can’t bear the loss of another fur baby. We have been around animals our whole life. We lost out little tortie kitty approximately 5 years ago. We have taken care of friends pups since then for sometimes up to 5 weeks. We both are retired so availability is wide open & want to care for your pet which would make our hearts happy

This is the first time that we have taken our pup to someone’s home. Rainey has high anxiety and doesn’t like to be left alone. Deb and Dennis were very attentive to her needs and shared photos throughout the stay. She got daily walks and frequent brushes which she enjoys! Rainey seemed to be very comfortable from the first day we met them. We will definitely be using them again
They were the best. Truly listening to what the needs were for Sophie to have a comfortable stay, they delivered 100%. It is challenging to find the right fit for a dog that is accustomed to spending most of her time with her humans. We are so happy that they were available and flexible!
Debra and Dennis were AMAZING! They updated us with daily videos and pictures, very communicative. Our sweet girl Bleu truly enjoyed herself.

Safety, trust & environment
Our back, side & front yards are fenced but any outside potty breaks; on or off leash, would ALWAYS be supervised with my full attention. I will accommodate whatever needs your pet may have. I am a retired CMA so I could manage any medical needs your pet may have.
A typical day
I love to walk and if your pet needs exercise, our home would be perfect. However with the extreme temps in AZ where mid day would be dangerous, we have a park approximately 1/2 miles away. Our home is also spacious and non cluttered, so large area to move. Of course, snuggling on the couch is always included.

- I want your stay with us to be as enjoyable and non stressful as possible. Therefore special requests or daily routine identification would be welcomed. Also, awareness of tension with other animals or people would be very helpful.
