Hello! I'm Wyatt and with my mom Debbie we lovingly care for your dog in our Lake Arlington home or come to yours. We're experiened and trusting with fostering and sitting both small and large dogs, including seniors and rescues. We're here for you -- how we can help you and your furry family member? I'm 19 years old and a graduate of Hersey High School. My mom is a special education assistant at Sullivan Elementary School, retired elected official in Arlington Heights, and animal lover. What makes me differerent and amazing is that I have Down syndrome. My extra chromosome makes me uncondiationally loving. I have a special affinity with animals. Dogs gravitate towards me! Featured on WGN and in the Daily Herald, I started Wyatt's Dog Company four years ago making world-famous human-grade treats for dogs -- and by request, cats too! We put safety and loving first, and are gentle and responsible. They call me "Wyatt the dog whisperer." With my mom Debbie, we treat your dog like a family member. Wyatt is the most caring and loving person I know, and animals definitely feel it! He’s known all the pets me and my family have had for 10 years now. Our dogs are always protective/slow to warm up to people… except Wyatt. Whether it’s boarding or a quick walk he will make your pets feel safe and cared for.
Wyatt is amazingly loving and pets gravitate towards him feeling his kind energy. My dog, Vanilla, loves hanging out with Wyatt while getting tons of love and hugs. Along with his mom, Debbie, who is a special education assistant,your pet will be safe and loved while you're away. Bonus your pet, if allowed, will receive a Wyatt's Dog Company treat!

Schedule
Our schedule is pretty open! Wyatt is out of school and as a teacher Debbie is on summer vacation. Go ahead, take a vacation, get a break, and know we will love your furry family member. They too can have "vacation" or "summer day camp."

Dogs and cats feel loved and at home in our cozy ranch home in the quiet Lake Arlington neighborhood. They can even have their own play/bedroom. Your furry family member will be pampered with our mother-son dynamic-duo diligence focused on safety and care. Everything is customized and adhered to in terms of the requested diet, walks, play, any medication, and more. No dogs nearby. Grassy yard. Always leashed and following safety best practices. Emergency response trained. Gentle and trusted community members.

A typical day
All the love and play Wyatt and Debbie provide to your dog or cat is coupled with well-being of appropriate feeding and walking. We will find out what your furry family member likes and dislikes and make sure to deliver on all of their favorites for a great time:) This includes walks in the grass and trails around our quiet neighborhood, always leashed for safety. Hanging out on our patio if desired. Their own play/bedroom inside our home. Tons of cozy blankets, snuggling, toys, balls, catch, and TLC from Wyatt the animal whisperer.
