Hi! I'm Debbie, and caring for animals has been my passion for most of my life. I began volunteering at a veterinary hospital as a teenager and was hired at just 16 years old. I pursued veterinary technology, passed the California Registered Veterinary Technician state board examination in 2011, and have spent nearly two decades working in small animal veterinary medicine. While I no longer maintain an active RVT license, I continue working in the veterinary field and use the knowledge and experience I've gained over the years every day. My background includes caring for puppies and kittens, healthy adult pets, senior pets, and animals with chronic medical conditions. I'm experienced with administering oral medications, eye and ear medications, injections, sub-q fluids, topical treatments, and providing attentive care to pets that need a little extra support. Animals have always been a huge part of my life beyond my career. I'm a proud Mom, wife, dog owner and chicken keeper, and I also have experience caring for parrots and other companion birds. I enjoy grooming my own dogs and have experience with routine grooming, including bathing, brushing, nail trims, and styling. In addition to companion animals, I'm comfortable caring for backyard flocks and many ranch and farm animals, understanding that each species has its own unique routines and needs. As a pet owner myself, I understand how important it is to know your animals are safe, loved, and well cared for while you're away. I strive to keep pets comfortable, maintain their routines, and provide plenty of love, playtime, and companionship. I'll also keep you updated with photos and messages so you can relax knowing your furry (and feathered!) family members are in caring, experienced hands. Whether your pet needs a walk, a drop-in visit, medication, companionship, or care for your backyard flock or small farm, I'd be honored to care for them as if they were my own.

Debbie is one of those people who someone could say she “lights up any room” and it wouldn’t just be a cliche, it is the truth. You can instantly feel her care and warmth while in her presence, and this extends not only to pups and pets, but to their people, too. She is somebody who genuinely gives and lives with her whole heart, and I would highly trust and recommend her as a responsible and loving pet caregiver!
As a vet student who is extremely untrusting of other people caring for my pets, there is nobody I’d trust more to care for my pets than Debbie. She loves and cares for every single pet just like they’re her own, and she always goes above and beyond to make sure that both the pets and owners are happy and comfortable with everything. Trust me, you will have zero anxiety if Debbie watches your pets. Communication is 10/10, and the entire experience is wonderful from start to finish. Debbie is the BEST!!!
When I was new to being a single mom Deborah came to my rescue since I needed help with my dogs. She was so gentle and caring with my little rescued senior poodle mix. She didn't judge my 1 yr old Rottweiler for a second, but instead made instant friends with her. She even kept in touch as time went on to see how they were doing. She has a lot of experience and knowledge. I can't recommend her enough!
Debbie is absolutely amazing! She came to my house and trimmed my girls nails and they were extremely comfortable with her even though they don’t like having their nails done. I don’t honestly think that there is another person in the world that they would have allowed that close to them. I would highly recommend her! Not only is she professional, she is also incredibly kind and trustworthy. I can’t recommend her services enough!
Debbie is very reliable and knowledgeable veterinary nurse. She not only cares for her own menagerie of animals but is excellent in a veterinary setting as well. She is a must have when caring for your pets! Her love and commitent to her work and animals is unmatched.
I've known Debbie for over 20 years. She has cared for my pets several times in the past and is extremely reliable, responsible and a compassionate, caring person who absolutely loves all pets. Plus, with her experience in the veterinary field, she's very trustworthy in recognizing any health issues and administering medications, if needed. Schedule
Between being a Mom to older children/wife/part-time vet tech, my schedule allows me to fit in jobs to care for other's pets while they are going out of town for the day or longer.
