I am retired so do not have the constraints of employment outside of the home. I can play and walk my charges all day long if I choose. As a "woman of leisure" I now can decide what my daily or weekly routine looks like, so pet care will fit very nicely into my lifestyle

I have a lovely deck and small yard for them to play in and enjoy the outdoors. I also have central air conditioning for those hot summer days. I have three indoor cats that live with me so pets that come into my home must not be aggressive toward cats.

Let me know if your dog has any special needs or idiosyncrasies in order to make their stay as comfortable and stress-free as possible. I am able to give meds in pill form only.
A typical day
I will throw the ball or toy for pets in my charge in the yard. They will go on several walks during the day within my shaded treed complex. And best of all, they will get lots of cuddles and love.

I have loved and lost many wonderful fur babies over the years. I dog sit for friends and make homemade dog food for my daughter's two dogs. There is a special place in my heart for all animals but my company of choice is dogs.

I can’t say enough good things about Debbie and her family. She is compassionate, caring, thoughtful, fun, and energetic. My Corgi puppy, Eleanor, can’t wait to get to the front door when we arrive at her place. Debbie takes Eleanor on walks (she has a nice tree-lined trail by her place), plays with her in the doggy pool when it’s hot, and lets us bring Eleanor’s sandbox to dig in. Her place is clean and organized. She has space to keep Eleanor separate from the cats if she won’t leave them alone, and she has gates to allow Eleanor access to a nice backyard area from the front of her place. Debbie is truly an animal lover. Eleanor gets spoiled with her homemade dog food as a topper on her kibble when she’s there and I feel that she’s in the hands of someone who really cares about her wellbeing. We are so grateful to have found Debbie on Rover. Thank you <3
From the moment my dog, Bestie, and I step through the door, we're greeted with such warmth and kindness from Deborah and her furry companions. The environment is perfect for walks, and I've witnessed firsthand the care and attention she gives to him while he's under her watch. After daycare, my dog returns home happy, tired, and thoroughly content, which is all we could ever ask for. Thank you, Deborah, for providing such a wonderful experience for my dog!
